What people ask before trying
Can my number get banned?
Yes. On the Official API and on the unofficial one alike there is a risk of a ban, above all for whoever sends in bulk. That said, we have a prepared team and the expertise to show you the way.
Do I need to change my current number?
No. Connect your current number by scanning a QR and start today. The official channel can come later, side by side, without taking anything down.
What happens when the 15 days end?
You keep signing in, reading conversations and exporting your base. What stops is sending: campaigns, automations and replies. Nothing is deleted and there is no automatic charge.
Can I import my base?
Yes, from spreadsheets. You choose what each column becomes, and re-importing the same file never duplicates anyone. Whoever opted out stays out of every campaign.
How many team members can use it?
It depends on the plan: 1, 5 or 10 agents. The administrator takes no seat and creates the team's access alone.
Does the AI reply on its own?
Inside the flow you designed, yes: it replies, qualifies and knows when to hand over to a human. The AI key is yours and so is the usage.
